We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances. Important: We request all customers to record a video while unboxing the product upon delivery, regardless of whether the external packaging appears tampered with or intact.
If you receive a damaged product, please share the unboxing video with our customer care team via WhatsApp. Videos captured after the unboxing may not be considered valid evidence of damage.
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, share the unboxing video with our customer care team via WhatsApp. Our team will promptly investigate the issue. If the correct product is available, it will be replaced; otherwise, a refund will be processed.
In case of a missing item, share the unboxing video and contact our customer care team. Once verified, we will dispatch the missing item.
The full order amount, excluding shipping charges, will be refunded upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment and have gone through quality check.
Most of the banks take 10-12 days to process the refund request.
As our products do not have any coatings, visible scratches, patches, or material cutting marks may be present. These do not affect the performance of the product and are considered normal for iron, cast iron, brass, and bronze items.
