We accept returns or exchanges for both defective and non-defective products (such as incorrect sizes or wrong product selection), provided they meet our return conditions. Important: We request all customers to record a video while unboxing the product upon delivery, regardless of whether the external packaging appears tampered with or intact.

Return Window:

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Accepted Return Reasons

General Returns (Buyer's Remorse / Wrong Size):

We gladly accept returns if you change your mind or select the wrong item. The product must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging. The customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost for non-defective returns.

Damaged Product:

If you receive a damaged product, please share the unboxing video with our customer care team via WhatsApp. Videos captured after the unboxing may not be considered valid evidence of damage. Returns for damaged items are Free of Charge.

Wrong Product Received:

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, share the unboxing video with our customer care team via WhatsApp. Our team will promptly investigate the issue. If the correct product is available, it will be replaced; otherwise, a refund will be processed. Returns for incorrect items are Free of Charge.

Missing Item in Order:

In case of a missing item, share the unboxing video and contact our customer care team. Once verified, we will dispatch the missing item.

Refund Policy

Refund Amount:

The full order amount, excluding shipping charges, will be refunded upon receipt and verification of the returned product.

Processing Time:

Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment and have gone through quality check.

Most of the banks take 10-12 days to process the refund request.

Additional Notes:

As our products do not have any coatings, visible scratches, patches, or material cutting marks may be present. These do not affect the performance of the product and are considered normal for iron, cast iron, brass, and bronze items.
