    Preheat: Preheat the paniyaram pan on low-medium heat for a few minutes before adding the batter to ensure even cooking.

    Preparing Batter: Prepare the paniyaram batter by mixing fermented rice and lentil batter to a smooth consistency. Add seasoning and chopped vegetables as desired.
